1. Buyer Certification & Payment Authorization

2. Sales, Fees & Refund Policy

▸All firearm sales are final once the transfer is completed
▸All ammunition sales are final
▸Layaway payments are non-refundable if canceled or abandoned
▸Special orders may require prepayment and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if canceled
▸Canceled transfers or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
▸Orders canceled prior to completion may incur a $25 cancellation fee
▸Background check fee ($9.95) is non-refundable
▸Transfer fees are non-refundable once the firearm is received by the store

3. Transfer, Legal Compliance & Storage

▸A valid government-issued photo ID is required
▸Background check approval is not guaranteed
▸All transfers comply with federal, state, and local laws
▸Firearms not picked up within 30 days may incur storage fees
▸Unclaimed firearms may be considered abandoned property

4. Firearm Condition, Inspection, Warranty & 30-Day Trial

▸Firearms are sold as-is regarding cosmetic condition and prior use
▸The store provides a lifetime diagnostic service warranty
▸Warranty does not include parts, manufacturer work, or shipping unless stated
▸I was given the opportunity to inspect the firearm and accessories
▸I confirm all items were received in acceptable condition
▸Any issues must be reported before leaving the store
▸The store offers a 30-day test trial period on firearms
▸Within 30 days, the customer may trade the firearm back for in-store credit toward another firearm
▸In-store credit will be issued at 90% of the original purchase price (pre-tax)
